If you want to hire my services, just follow these simple rules.

-I reserve the right to decide to take or not any commission request without questioning.
-I reserve the right to adjust the price before I start the commission, depending on difficulty, time, or stuff like that.
-You are free to use your commissioned piece as you please. But if you put it on your DA gallery or your web site, some kind of credit or a link to my site or something like that would be a good thing. Of course you may not claim the piece as your own.
-I reserve the rights to the artwork and you can not make a commercial use of it (selling prints of it, or publishing it or things like that) unless I give you permission.
-I reserve the right to display a commissioned piece on my DA gallery, or blog, or portfolio or similar. If the piece is an original character of yours, you will be credited as creator.
-All commissions are not refundable.
-Commissioning me means that you are agreeing to those terms.
Before asking me to do anything, please, take a look at my gallery, and see what you can expect from me, if you don't really like it or you want something completly different, then don't waste your money and my time please. There are plenty of great artists on DA, so find the one who matches with your expectations.

-Me reservo el derecho de decidir aceptar o no aceptar un encargo sin dar explicaciones.
-Me reservo el derecho de ajustar el precio del encargo antes de que empiece a trabajar, dependiendo del tiempo, la dificultad, y ese tipo de cosas.
-Eres libre de utilizar la obra que me encargues como quieras, claro que si la pones en tu cuenta de DA o en tu blog o en algún sitio así, acreditarme, o poner un link a mi página, seria una buena cosa. Por supuesto no puedes asumir la autoria del encargo.
-Me reservo los derechos de la imágen y no podrás hacer un uso comercial de ella (como vender prints de la misma, o publicarla comercialmente, o ese tipo de cosas), a no ser que yo te de permiso.
-Me reservo el derecho de colgar el encargo en mi galeria de DA, mi blog, o mi portafolio o ese tipo de sitios. Si la imágen representa a un personaje de tu creación, seras debidamente acreditado como creador.
-Una vez hecho el trabajo, no se aceptarán devoluciones.
-Encargarme un trabajo supone que aceptas estas condiciones.
Antes de pedirme que haga nada, por favor, echale un vistazo a mi galeria y hazte a la idea de lo que puedes esperar de mi, si no te gusta, o lo que quieres es radicalmente distinto, en ese caso, no desperdicies tu dinero y mi tiempo, por favor. Hay montones de artistas estupendos en DA, así que busca el que se adecue a tus expectativas.
